Double R In The Community
Rodney and his family are well known for their “Give Back” philosophy and their generous charity work. Double R proudly contributes to numerous charities and organizations including, March of Dimes, Camp North Star, American Cancer Society, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Little Hearts Inc., and the Babylon Little League. Double R is most well known for the sponsorship of “Ride for Angela’s House”. Double R sponsors two men who annually bike for 1000 miles in 7 days, in honor of the children of Angela’s House. These local Long island children have special health care needs making them medically frail, technology dependent or living with a life threatening illness. ADTC works with 300 in the community and 15 children that live in two of their special homes called Angela’s House. Double R’s tremendous support of the 2007 Ride for Angela’s House help raise $20,000.
